What do I do when every lane is losing?

Reduce volatility. When every lane is losing, the game is not asking you to be a hero, it is asking you to stop the bleeding. Farm first. Take every camp on time, concede the objectives you cannot contest before the fight starts, and refuse every coinflip. You cannot help a lane that is already dead, and you cannot outplay three fed lanes at once. What you can do is stay relevant while your opponents get bored, because most comeback windows are not earned, they are donated. Your job is to still be strong enough to punish the donation when it comes.
