How to jungle in League of Legends

Welcome back to another learning jungler series with your boy here Vambient and we're going to be playing in higher Elo, so this is going to be mainly GM challenger and we're going to just kind of discuss a few things. Hopefully, we can also enjoy the live commentary game play. This is going to be we have a couple of pro players here love ta to tactical I challenger I think Mr. Blitos maybe rank five right now or something. He's pretty high.

Rank five is not too bad and then the little red very good challenger jungler. He does really well. So, I'm going to have to focus a little bit, but we're going to talk a little bit about learning to jungle in 2026. I think League has kind of gotten a little bit crazier lately, so there's been a lot of interest in the game. A lot of people have come back to the game and as a result it's gotten a lot more competitive.

There's a lot of people out there trying to sell courses, trying to sell coaching. I never actually used any of these things. So, it's just I've learned the best when I was able to kind of play by myself and then kind of just learn the game in a way that kind of allowed me to test myself over and over. It is all about kind of the self. Like I think what I mean by this is just it is about your decisions and your thought process.

Like I nobody else can really play for you. When you're in the heat of the moment and you're making these decisions, like can you make your way make yourself play in a way that kind of you notice the differences and noticing is usually enough. So, I think a lot of the time losses can take can kind of teach you more than if you were to just win over and then also a lot of the time if you kind of keep an open mind, a lot of like and kind of Oh, wow. This is That was a crazy situation. He just died.

And that wasn't close, so I wonder what happened, but it's all good. No need to worry. We're just doing the double full clear into dragon strategy still, so it's not going to really be too big of a deal what happens early. We do see that and we might not be able to play through mid this game. That is completely okay.

We're fine with it, so yeah, we just have to be careful of Hecarim potentially snowballing this game, so we're going to have to just kind of Oh, wow. This is but unexpected as well. Most likely he is going to be there, so going to kind of just, slink around and, you know, definitely take the far side scuttle here, I think. He shouldn't be on it right now. I'm going to try not to show on any ward.

I don't think he is there. But yeah, so just kind of see if you can trust your process as much as possible, guys. Like I think it isn't really too great to be able to kind of not be able to know what the difference is in your game play. This is kind of why I suggest kind of playing out 50 games and just seeing if you can sort of just, I'm going to have to counter his raptors as a response to his gank bot. He does lose out a lot in the jungle and we do keep tempo, so it'll be all right, guys.

Going to just try to be sneaky as possible and then get him awarded out here and then I'm going to just kind of be able to get to the dragon as soon as we can, so. No way. I just bought the wrong item. That is crazy. I was trying to go for the boots.

Oh, we are probably going to have to keep this dagger for a very long time here, so it is what it is. Mistakes do happen, of course. Just going to have to live with that a little bit here at least. Hopefully I think his counter is going to be our raptors here, so we're going to ping it here and then we're going to have to kind of go straight towards. Hopefully we can make it there, but it doesn't look like we can.

We did I think he is giving up. I think he knows what's about to happen, so I think he's I don't think he did it. Nice. So, we are going to keep it. But yeah, just started to notice your patterns.

This is kind of why I recommend keeping the same opener just so you can kind of learn the game as much as possible. See what's different, see what change, and then you'll be able to kind of respond a lot better to things, as it kind of comes. We're going to, just look for a bot prior gank a little bit here, so going to just kind of ping that I'm on the way. We're going to have to take things through bot as much as possible, and then should be all right to play it out, so. He knows he's dead.

And then I'm playing for the second scuttle first, and then I'm going to have to I'm not going to have enough tempo because I used it on bot lane so we're going to have to reset after this one unfortunately. Just for now and then actually we'll see honestly. I'm a little curious to see what would happen if I just forced it here. It's like we can't so. We're just going to have game prior a little bit first and then we should be fine to do it out.

Don't think he knows I'm here. I think Hecarim knows he's here and then yeah this should be fine. So Hecarim is here right now and then he should be maybe here so just pinging it out for now and then he's going to get my blue here but that is a fine trade for dragon plus scuttle so Camille kind of running it in there kind of allowed us to be fine with our sequence here and we're still going to be on time for the dragon soul stack so this looks like a winning game situation. This you know I kind of recognize the patterns so far as we just have to kind of make sure to close things out and not throw the game from this point onwards so I'd say very likely this is gone. I'm going to just try to visit here.

We don't really have to look at any other situation here. Not sure if I'm going to be able to kill him here. >> The guy here. I'm going to probably have to drop my top camps cuz Hecarim's likely going to be able to counter them. So, I'm going to have to just kind of continue my sequence down here.

If Hecarim kind of just went to do it right down into my bot camps, then I would not be able to keep them anymore. And then, yeah, getting invaded is not great. So, Ryze is going a little bit too deep here. It says it is what it is, guys. So, we're going to have to kind of slink our way around and make sure that we get some things going here.

I think I have Pantheon ult, so I'll be fine here. But, yeah, normally, because of the invade sequences, we're going to have to play a messier game, than usual. So, it is okay. Going to have to make sure that we are staying active on the map a little bit more. If they're running it down, then we have to kind of answer them.

I'm not going to do the invade here. It's going to lose me too much tempo. It is something that people opt to do a lot of the time, but I'm only going to be able to take one camp, and his red is not up, so I don't think it's very worth it just to take that one camp. I'd rather kind of reset my sequence here, and then make sure I can get back on it as fast as I can. Cuz I think Yeah, by the time I finish these, my wolves should be back up.

So, I'm going to be able to actually clear a quadrant. And then, let's just check Let's just have him check. If it turns out he is in my bot side, then I can consider invading because that means he's down there, and I can kind of counter opposite side, but yeah, it looks like he is kind of retreating as well from his frantic play. He had a little bit of a gank bot early and then that kind of messed up his tempo for the rest of the game so we're able to kind of capitalize on him. He is a very high challenger player has been for, you know, a very long time.

Streamer as well but if you're playing very solid league then there's nothing you can really do since he is in a decent counter match up so he can't really fight us even if he comes in to invade he can't really take our camps so it's really really difficult for him to get ahead we would have to actually throw. So hopefully we're going to not throw and then hopefully we're going to play a very solid game. But yeah anyway back to the topic I would say the best way to learn is just to kind of keep on testing things one at a time. I don't think you know kind of changing everything at the same time really helps too much with your learning process especially because it is going to be a little bit tough to be able to keep track of everything that's coming. I think Hecarim is here right now so we're going to just kind of ping that out and then I'm going to kind of slink in here a little bit and work in on this situation have to be a little bit careful on this but yeah.

Hecarim is very close by so that's why he is able to play a little bit kind of a little bit up. Going to have to ward here just because and we're going to just going to camp here until dragon is available to kill. Oh pretty much just we're a little bit early to the dragon play. Always kind of want to be early anyway, so good to do. And he is a little bit fast.

He's fine. Okay. Background is top, so we're going to have to kind of give that top situation up. And then we're going to have to take this camp here. Oh, he's here.

Background ops in to choose the This is they have vision here, so I'm going to have to kind of fight it out now. And he's a little bit good. My earlier kill on two Camille was not very good, so Oof. All right. Definitely flashed over.

All right. Yeah, but the dragon is pretty big from them. All right. It feels bad to sell this, but I think I have to. I needed probably have two pink words in that situation for the dragon take.

It's fine though. We're going to move on a little bit. Ezreal is very very strong so protect Ezreal. In this situation of course and then we're going to just I should have started bought a little bit trolling. Okay, so Okay, we don't lose too much time there.

We're going to kind of go straight into this and then it should be okay. Plus, good plays. I just wanted them to kind of commit first before cuz you never really want to chase people down as Rex I it's really hard to chase people down. It's going to ruin your game. So you have to force the enemies to come to you.

That's kind of what I've noticed over time, but you know, of course I'm pretty well versed in Rex line if you've kind of been around the channel before. We do play pretty well for the most part. I'd say macro wise I'm better than you know, micro honestly. I don't like this. >> Damn.

They're very aware in Challenger, so it's pretty difficult to be able to catch them out and stuff. Ooh. I wonder how he died. Honestly, I'm not too sure. Mhm.

They're very aware. Can't really play for that. Going to have to just go back to clear the camps a little bit and then we should be fine. It's a pretty action-packed game so far, but we do have a winning kind of laner. So, that is the person we're going to be working through this game.

Tactical's always been very, very good. He's one of the pros, I'd say, and just very, very top tier. So. But yeah, so pretty much Oh, what the Okay. I do think this is overreach by Hecarim, but if he can get it, then Wow, he has actually got it.

Oh, he actually got it. I'm surprised, honestly. A small mechanical error, even the best pros can do it. It's fine. Go for this one.

With solo farm to Azrael here, I can kind of zone Hecarim. I don't think he's going to be able to contest this, so he doesn't she doesn't he shouldn't know I don't have smite because you can carry two smite charges. So, just burning one is I don't think he has a counter for it cuz I don't think he had vision on me smiting top, so it should be fine. This time will not get it stolen. Yeah, but because we're a little bit late to our sequence, we're going to just continue our sequence this time bottom way up.

Going to try to collect as much farm as we can, and then we'll look to play right after. Should be okay, though. But yeah, so generally don't feel too stressed. I definitely have Okay, so I do have you know, free ebook resources down below. You know, completely free.

Just join the Discord, you can download all of them. There's quite a few. I would say definitely, if you can, play 50 games. I know that's a lot. 50 games with kind of the same system, and then you know, same similar champion, just one or two, and then just play 50 games.

I don't really care too much if you win or lose. I tend to recommend playing for dragon, but it really depends on meta. If you're finding this video later, then, you know, definitely play however you want. If the meta has shifted towards top side, then they've kind of, they've, essentially made it so top side is more valuable, then you can definitely play, more top side and void grabs and everything like that. So, definitely if that is the way to play, then can go for it at that point in time.

Hopefully he doesn't get too low from doing this. But maybe he can. Nice. They should all die. I can mechanically outplay him there a little bit with tactical.

Very nice. Ooh. We're not going to really focus on Baron anymore. They can't do it, so I think we're going to be fine with taking out Corki here, so hopefully he pushes up and then he looks to basically die to us. Yeah, Corki is very strong, by the way.

Kind of baited Mr. Bleach to come in to us there. I'm just staying kind of far away from him. Oof. I'm good to back it out here real quick and then play for my reset of I kind of want my Starax, but at the same time it's kind of risky to wait.

I'm going to probably clear some camps first and then go for it. So, it should be okay. Oh. Oh. I did have it.

I'm probably just going to clear some camps and then go for the Vi's is a little bit strong right now. Really nice. Mhm. I prefer not hitting this. I prefer kind of hitting Baron.

Mhm. It's fine if we can get both, but Nice. We'll be fine here. All right. So, I don't know for league improvement guys, I think or just try to look for patterns, I'd say.

This is the best. I don't think any amount of like coaching or whatever. Like of course you can definitely watch people and I think, you know, try to emulate, but just try to notice patterns in behavior and then I think that's typically what you need in terms of how to get really good at league. So. So, this is pretty much the ending fight.

I don't think they really want to play anymore, so ending sequence Disgusting company. He doesn't enjoy me being on the other team with Oh, he's just up against professional players. It's a little bit tough for him to play, honestly. That's fair. All right, guys.
