What this means

Moving on. These are one of my champions as well. Annie.
So, I used to be rank one Annie. I used to play Annie mid. I got to high GM on Annie mid one season.
I was one game away from challenger. Unfortunately, we didn't hit it. This was I think season 14 or 15.
But yeah, it was like one or two years ago. I think it was two years ago actually. It was like, it's on my it's my League of Graphs actually.
Maybe it's even season 13, but basically I have screenshots on there. And I would rate this seat tier. The ban rate is extremely low.
You're going to be able to pick this champion almost every game. The pick rate is also pretty low. Somewhere near Axon's level.
However, there are only two challenger Annie one tricks. One of them being Annie IRL on the EU West server and six GM representation. Even though there are, you know, a decent amount of games on Annie, Annie is a pretty basic champion.
I don't think the champion is particularly strong. Sometimes when the patch is right for Annie, I think she is stronger, but yeah, it is a rank one champion. Annie IRL has proven that he can hit rank one.
So, I think depending on if you like Annie or not, I would say it's a little bit higher. But I would say Annie and Ari are somewhat similar around here. There's not too much GM challenger representation for them.
So that is why they're a bit lower on the tier list. Even though they can top the server charts, so essentially be a rank one champion. They are not exactly the easiest to get there bas based on the amount of games played overall from the player base and the games I guess the amount of players who have been able to reach higher elo.
So this is where we kind of bring in stats and also in our server we don't have anybody playing any right now.
How this was measured
Two numbers, one division. First, how many players are currently in Challenger or Grandmaster maining this champion in Korea, Europe West and North America, from onetricks.gg. Second, how many ranked games the entire playerbase plays of this champion worldwide across every rank, from op.gg. The result is high elo mains per 100,000 games played, then reduced by the champion's ban rate, because a champion you cannot pick is a champion you cannot main.
This is not a win rate list and it is not a patch strength list. It measures availability-adjusted high-elo main density: how much Challenger and Grandmaster main representation a champion has relative to how often it is played. It is not the probability that maining this champion will get you to high elo. The score counts Challenger and Grandmaster mains only, drawn from a tracked pool that starts at Master; it does not include the Chinese server, and it counts accounts rather than people, so one dedicated player with several high elo accounts shows up more than once. Patch 16.15. The full plain English explanation, including everything this list cannot tell you, is on the main list page.
Popularity is not the signal. What matters here is how densely high elo mains appear relative to how often the champion is played.
