Kha'Zix Scaling: Grade C

CBad lateat full build, coordinated fights

No, not reliably. Kha'Zix falls off in coordinated late-game fights. Grade C, Bad late, in The Scaling Codex.

Reviewed for League of Legends Season 16 (2026).

Verdict. Struggles with priority targets in late game teamfights, targets aren't likely to be isolated anymore.

Why Kha'Zix falls off

He wants the map to separate people for him, and late objective fights do the opposite. Carries stand near peel, front lines hold the entrance, and the priority target is almost never isolated when the fight begins.

The damage still exists. The condition for dealing it gets worse, because full builds add Guardian Angel, armor, shields and enough return damage to punish a jump that does not immediately finish.

Where the value moves

He should stop trying to manufacture isolation inside five grouped players. Hold the edge, use fog, and let the fight stretch until somebody takes one step too far from the formation.

The rule

Isolation is a condition, not a wish. If the target has four teammates touching the fight, the passive is not going to appear because you jumped.

How this grade was judged

The grade weighs range, target access, sustained and burst damage, crowd control, mobility, durability, healing and shielding, resets, cooldown structure, objective and formation control, split pressure, and how well the champion survives a long fight. Builds and forms that scale differently are graded separately. This is Vambient's gameplay evaluation of coordinated late-game fights, not a win-rate calculation. Full methodology.

Related champions

The grade measures one thing: how much a champion can influence a coordinated late-game objective fight once both teams reach full builds. It does not measure early strength, snowballing, or win rate. A weak late-game champion still wins by ending the game first, which is what the rest of the library teaches.
