Neeko Scaling: Grade B

BOkay lateat full build, coordinated fights

Reasonably well, with conditions. Neeko keeps real value at full build. Grade B, Okay late, in The Scaling Codex.

Reviewed for League of Legends Season 16 (2026).

Verdict. High variance. Similar to Kennen with a game-changing ultimate, but only if she can get on top of the enemy team.

What separates her from other wombo mages

Pop Blossom on a stacked team is a fight-ending cast, but the delivery is the interesting part. The disguise means the champion walking toward the enemy team might be a minion, a jungle camp, or one of their own front liners. The best Neeko ultimates are the ones the enemy approved by ignoring.

The root adds a pick, and a well-sold clone spends enemy cooldowns for free.

Variance is the grade

The whole plan runs through deception, and deception fails against teams that count minions, track her position, and refuse to clump. Seen through, she is a short-range mage with a long windup ultimate that everyone walks out of, and there is no second way in.

The rule

The disguise is your gap closer. If they know which one is you, sell the lie again or hold the button.

How this grade was judged

The grade weighs range, target access, sustained and burst damage, crowd control, mobility, durability, healing and shielding, resets, cooldown structure, objective and formation control, split pressure, and how well the champion survives a long fight. Builds and forms that scale differently are graded separately. This is Vambient's gameplay evaluation of coordinated late-game fights, not a win-rate calculation. Full methodology.

Related champions

The grade measures one thing: how much a champion can influence a coordinated late-game objective fight once both teams reach full builds. It does not measure early strength, snowballing, or win rate. A weak late-game champion still wins by ending the game first, which is what the rest of the library teaches.
