Infinite Scaling Champions in League of Legends
A handful of champions carry a stacking mechanic with no cap, so their numbers keep climbing after every item slot is full. That is what infinite scaling means here. It is a description of the mechanic, not a promise about the grade.
10 champions carry this marker. Graded by Vambient. How the grades are decided.

Infinite does not mean best
The stacks have to be collected, and then they have to be delivered. Nasus scales infinitely and sits at Grade B, because the number is real and reaching a target is the problem. Thresh accumulates souls forever, but they buy armor and ability power on a champion whose job was never damage, so he gets sturdier rather than scarier. Meanwhile Aurelion Sol and Kindred convert their stacks into range, which is the stat that decides who is allowed to hit whom in a late fight.
What to look for
Ask what the stacks actually buy. Range and damage that arrive on a champion who can already reach the fight are worth far more than a growing number on a champion who cannot. Then ask how long collection takes, because a stacking champion who skips the accumulation arrives at the deciding fight with a small number and no way to fix it.
