Ivern Scaling: Grade B

BOkay lateat full build, coordinated fights

Reasonably well, with conditions. Ivern keeps real value at full build. Grade B, Okay late, in The Scaling Codex.

Reviewed for League of Legends Season 16 (2026).

Verdict. Enchanter-style enabling of carries is okay until enemies one-shot Daisy and build Serpent's Fang.

What he enables

Triggerseed on a fed carry is a shield plus a slow at the moment that carry gets touched, the brushes manufacture unwarded space in a phase where vision decides fights, and Daisy adds a second front line his team did not have to draft.

Enabling a hypercarry never stops being a job, which is why he holds a real grade.

Every piece of it has a published counter

Late, full-build damage removes Daisy in one rotation, and half his fight presence goes with her. Then the anti-shield item arrives and Triggerseed lands smaller than the tooltip promised. With both counters online he is a brush and a prayer.

The rule

Daisy is a timer, not a tank. Send her to spend their first few seconds, and make sure your team uses the seconds she bought.

How this grade was judged

The grade weighs range, target access, sustained and burst damage, crowd control, mobility, durability, healing and shielding, resets, cooldown structure, objective and formation control, split pressure, and how well the champion survives a long fight. Builds and forms that scale differently are graded separately. This is Vambient's gameplay evaluation of coordinated late-game fights, not a win-rate calculation. Full methodology.

Related champions

The grade measures one thing: how much a champion can influence a coordinated late-game objective fight once both teams reach full builds. It does not measure early strength, snowballing, or win rate. A weak late-game champion still wins by ending the game first, which is what the rest of the library teaches.
