Soraka Scaling: Grade B

BOkay lateat full build, coordinated fights

Reasonably well, with conditions. Soraka keeps real value at full build. Grade B, Okay late, in The Scaling Codex.

Reviewed for League of Legends Season 16 (2026).

Verdict. Anti-heal items hurt her too much. The silence is awkward at the endgame, where champions can outrange her.

She owns the phase before the fight

During a long siege or poke war at an objective, her sustain resets the enemy's progress every time they chip a health bar, and Wish stays a global answer to a dive anywhere on the map. A team that reaches the actual engage at full health has already banked her value.

The engage itself is where she thins out

Late-game burst arrives faster than her healing cycle, and the enemy has spent the game buying items that cut her output.

The silence, her one piece of hard interruption, asks her to stand inside the range of champions who now outrange her by a screen. Step up for it and die, and the healer becomes a bounty.

The rule

You outsustain sieges, not executions. Win the fight before it starts, and once anti-heal is up, value the position you did not die in.

How this grade was judged

The grade weighs range, target access, sustained and burst damage, crowd control, mobility, durability, healing and shielding, resets, cooldown structure, objective and formation control, split pressure, and how well the champion survives a long fight. Builds and forms that scale differently are graded separately. This is Vambient's gameplay evaluation of coordinated late-game fights, not a win-rate calculation. Full methodology.

Related champions

The grade measures one thing: how much a champion can influence a coordinated late-game objective fight once both teams reach full builds. It does not measure early strength, snowballing, or win rate. A weak late-game champion still wins by ending the game first, which is what the rest of the library teaches.
