Twitch Scaling: Grade S
Yes. Twitch is one of the strongest late-game champions in the game. Grade S, Best late, in The Scaling Codex.
Reviewed for League of Legends Season 16 (2026).
Verdict. Huge range and damage ratios. Can solo-delete an entire team in a very short amount of time.
Why Twitch gets an S
Spray and Pray extends his range and makes his bolts pierce through everyone standing in the line. Against a grouped late-game team, one correct angle means every attack damages three or four champions at once, and full-build ratios make that add up quickly.
Ambush supplies the angle. Stealth lets him choose where the firing line comes from after the enemy has already committed to a formation.
The angle has to be earned
Opening front to back makes him a squishy marksman with no escape. Entering stealth too early risks getting swept or body-blocked before the fight starts.
He needs the fight to begin before he reveals, and he needs the line to pass through as many enemies as possible rather than just the nearest one.
Let the fight start before you reveal, and run the line through as many bodies as you can.
The angle he is looking for
An Elder or Baron fight where both teams have committed is the moment. Uncloaking behind the enemy backline puts the pierce through four stacked champions instead of one, which is the difference between a good marksman and the champion the verdict describes.

How this grade was judged
The grade weighs range, target access, sustained and burst damage, crowd control, mobility, durability, healing and shielding, resets, cooldown structure, objective and formation control, split pressure, and how well the champion survives a long fight. Builds and forms that scale differently are graded separately. This is Vambient's gameplay evaluation of coordinated late-game fights, not a win-rate calculation. Full methodology.

The grade measures one thing: how much a champion can influence a coordinated late-game objective fight once both teams reach full builds. It does not measure early strength, snowballing, or win rate. A weak late-game champion still wins by ending the game first, which is what the rest of the library teaches. How the grades are decided.
